VO positions itself at the intersection of artist and institution, providing resourceful and supportive environments, filled with various opportunities. 12th Floor in Waterloo serves as their lead London location, launched within the former studio of David Chipperfield, and welcomes young international artists to collaborate towards themed exhibitions yearly.
