The UI language can be controlled with two configuration options:	<a class="samples" href="http://docs.cksource.com/ckeditor_api/symbols/CKEDITOR.config.html#.language">	<code>language</code></a> and <a class="samples" href="http://docs.cksource.com/ckeditor_api/symbols/CKEDITOR.config.html#.defaultLanguage">	<code>defaultLanguage</code></a>.
